Shaun graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2001. Over the course of his career, his experience working in an ornamental iron shop and two architectural firms has allowed him to work on a wide variety of projects, including military, industrial, and commercial facilities. He is also part of the Facilities Management team for AT&T.

Favorite SDG Project:

Rock & Brews Restaurant in Oklahoma City, as it’s a place I can visit and show people what we can do.

Community Service:

  • Member of the OU Sooner Club, which offsets tuition costs for university athletes

Work Philosophy:

“Patina… you can’t buy it at the store… it’s only original once."

He Couldn't Live Without:

Family. We were a family of six kids, and living in a small house, we grew up to be a pretty close-knit group. Even though sometimes it may seem like we just want to kill each other, we always enjoy each other’s company and are always there to support one another. I’m the uncle to 9 crazy kids ranging from 7 to 22 years old, so I have a good range of kids to choose from when I decide I need to borrow one for the day.

On The Weekend:

In the summer I'm often at a local dirt track, watching the Sprintcar races and helping a racer friend, or at a local carshow or building and working on classic cars with my father and brothers. In fall I get into football mode and enjoy watching the Sooners play.

Something surprising about him:

I fulfilled my college foreign language requirement by studying Kiowa and graduated just a few credits short of completing a minor in Native American Studies.
