Greg received his professional registration in 1980 and founded Schwerdt Design Group in 1990. He is currently licensed, and has practiced architecture, in 46 states.

He has focused his career in developing a multi-disciplined firm which offers SDG’s clients a multitude of professional services with the goal of developing solutions unique to their specific challenges. Greg is proud of the long association he has with strongly loyal clients and considers this as one of the most rewarding aspects of his career as an architect.

Today Greg’s focus is overall firm administration, strategic planning, and client satisfaction.

Greg is a member of the American Institute of Architects and has served his profession as president of AIA Topeka and AIA Kansas, as well as through membership on various professionally related committees. He is both NCARB and LEED AP certified.
