The client's vision was to create a new kind of experience for residents of Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities and their families.
SDG designed a facility that creates the atmosphere of a high-quality hotel by providing a luxurious, dramatic center connector space with various amenity and service areas.
The design concept for The Ranch House emerged from the ranching and farming roots of the surrounding community. This aesthetic runs throughout the facility through touches such as heavy timber porches, wagon wheel chandeliers, corrugated metal siding and stone fireplace surrounds.
