To expand their educational ministry and grow their church, SWUMC needed expanded staff offices and classroom space and potential for an expanded fellowship hall.
Of five firms that submitted proposals, SDG was the only one that recommended an addition to the existing space rather than creating a campus with separate buildings. By bridging the existing, separate sanctuary and fellowship hall, SDG was able to increase utilization of existing space as well as provide the expansion needed. The addition is also designed to connect to a new, larger multi-purpose fellowship hall addition if required in the future.
