SDG created a master plan for a 3-story, 40,000 sf addition and renovation to provide additional office, meeting, and fellowship spaces. The first phase was to build a multi-purpose fellowship hall that accommodates 350 at tables or a regualtion basketball court.
The design of the addition respects the architectural character of the original sanctuary structure while maximizing the buildable potential of the compact urban site.
