Spin Lawrence was intended as one of the anchor tenants for a new retail development in Lawrence. The site chosen was a vacant lot which required rezoning and extensive work with the planning commission, as well as design of a four-sided building. The interior was completed as a joint venture with a firm familiar with Spin's standard interior design.
