The Pioneer Ridge senior community contained a a 60-bed assisted living development attached to a 60-bed nursing facility, but lacked the independent residences called for in the master plan.
SDG designed a state-of-the-art facility which creates the feel of a luxury hotel rather than the more homey feel usually seen. Upscale amenities include a movie theater and an in-house bar with game room.
