Meadowlark Hills Senior Living Community hired SCI to create two complete designs each for their assisted living apartments and independent living cottages. New residents will be able to choose which design Meadowlark should use when renovating their unit.
SCI selected all equipment, finishes, and fixtures, from cabinets and flooring, to mirrors, backsplashes, grout colors, and even shower heads and towel bars. These selections were provided along with five photorealistic renderings of each unit type and physical samples of each finish.
