Designated cutting edge, forward-thinking and 21st century, the Jardine Pre K - 8th Grade Academy is the school for today's tech-influenced student. The 800-student campus is a model of how specialized learning and support can be integrated into one facility. Because of Jardine's focus on STEAM - science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics - Schwerdt Design Group was charged with creating zones that would facilitate project-based learning throughout the campus. Jardine now encompasses students from three closed elementary schools with 3 pre-school classrooms, 5 classrooms for kindergarten through 5th grade and a middle school. The Jardine Academy renovation and addition was funded by a bond passed in 2014 and is one of the largest Pre K - 8th grade campuses in the Midwest.
