As part of a design/build team, SDG provided programming, design, and construction administration for a 42,400 s.f. facility containing an indoor track, 4 basketball/volleyball courts, pitching and batting cages, and a fitness area.
The facility was intended for recreational use by Highland Community College's general student population and local community as well as training by the college's varsity athletes.
