After almost half a century, it was time to replace the converted picnic shelter that served as the Gage Park Mini Train Depot. SDG designed a new structure based on standard Santa Fe Branchline Station No. 2 plans from their 1910 plan book.
The new 1200 square foot building increases the number of public restrooms and includes office space, a shaded platform, and an expanded concession stand and ticket booth and was completed in time for Gage Park's 100th anniversary celebration.
