SDG has designed two "over-55" apartment complexes for Bloom Senior Living. Both contain studio and 1-bedroom units, common living areas, and a communal kitchen which can be used for events.
The original facility in Olathe required extensive work with the planning commission to create a design which met their guidelines.
In Lee's Summit, changes based on resident feedback include additional parking and the addition of some 2-bedroom units.
