Founded in 2005, Advisors Excel outgrew its previous office space in only three years. To accommodate their staff and allow for future growth, the company purchased an 80,000 square foot former furniture store and warehouse.
The SDG-designed renovation created both open and private office spaces, conference rooms and a training room for 400, as well as an employee lounge, kitchen, and fitness area.
To achieve the contemporary corporate headquarters feel the client wanted, SDG designed a new two-story entrance lobby and replaced existing exterior walls with expansive windows. High ceilings create an open feel while accents of stained wood and metal bring a professional edge.
