 The Menninger Clinic’s Houston facility consists of seven buildings on 14 acres in northwest Houston, Texas. This facility was originally constructed in the late 1970’s and was leased by Menninger in 2001 to house their core operations when they relocated from Topeka, Kansas. Mr. Hunt played a significant role in selecting this facility, negotiating the lease agreement, conducting an Existing Condition study of the property and designing renovations necessary to bring it up to current standards and to meet Menninger’s requirements.
