Conducted Patient and Staff Safety Review of 22 bed Psychiatric Emergency Department, Outpatient Services and a 24 bed inpatient unit. This facility had been open only one month and Mr. Hunt’s assistance was requested to resolve identified patient and staff safety issues. Written recommendations regarding modifications to be made to improve patient and staff safety in accordance with recognized national guidelines and best practice considerations were provided.
